These Terms and Conditions describe the terms that would apply to Demo Camp programmes. Demo Camp is a fictional organisation created to demonstrate the CampOrganizer platform; this website does not sell real programmes or process real payments.
Registrations
In a real deployment, a registration would be confirmed once the form is completed and any required deposit is paid. Places are limited and allocated in order of registration.
Cancellations
A real deployment would publish a clear cancellation and refund policy for each programme, including deadlines and any non-refundable deposits.
Conduct and safety
Participants and families would agree to follow programme rules and safety instructions. We would reserve the right to end participation where safety is at risk.
