Choose a programme and an upcoming session, complete the registration form, and provide medical, dietary and emergency-contact information. You will receive a confirmation and a checklist of what happens next.
We collect consent forms, dietary needs and any medication details in advance. You will get clear arrival and departure information, a packing list, and answers to common questions well before the start date.
Families stay connected through the CampOrganizer app, with regular updates, photos and – for residential camps – scheduled times to call home. Our staff are on hand throughout, and there is always someone to contact if you have a question.
Low ratios, trained and vetted staff, safeguarding procedures and first-aid cover are standard across every programme. For surf sessions, certified instructors and lifeguards check conditions daily.
